Mário Lelovský is a leading professional in area of Digital skills and Digital transformation in Slovakia, as of 2014 he holds the position of 1st Vice President of National Union of Employers of Slovakia and leads the Education committee and Digital economy committee. From 2014 HE was acting as a president and actually as a 1st Vice-president of IT Association of Slovakia. He co-founded Slovak National Digital Coalition for Digital Skills and Jobs and performs the position of Chairman of the Executive board of Coalition.
Together with the Slovak Technical University he founded “AISlovakAI”, national platform for artificial intelligence research and development in April 2019.
He graduated (Master of science) at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Department of cybernetics at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava in 1988 (1983-1988). He was entitled Doctor Honoris Causa at the School of Economics and Management in Public Administration in Bratislava in 2019.
His company Media Control is a leader in construction of smart home’s building construction sector using fully integrated control, energy, safety and security systems in Slovakia.
As a member of the Expert Stakeholder Group in PILLARS, Mário aims to participate in the ESG meetings, consultations and will provide expertise to PILLARS.
